Yacht Delivery

Sea Ready offers a Yacht Delivery service for Australian Eastcoast waters using commercially qualified skippers.

Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pre-delivery inspection
  • Route planning
  • Navigation requisites: charts, NTM's, Pilots, GPS/plotter, tidal data
  • Boat preparation
  • Crew
  • Post-delivery report

Owners are welcome to do all or part of the voyage. A trip like this offers a great way to develop your sailing skills.

Remember, when contemplating relocation of a vessel by road transport, you should consider the total costs involved, including slipping and derigging/rigging at both ends, and the potential for damage. Ocean delivery can often offer significant savings.

We also recommend that you contact your Insurance company prior to voyage departure. Insurers will want to know expected distances offshore, as well as satisfying themselves as to the competency of the delivery skipper and crew. (Note: unqualified/inexperienced persons attempting voyages beyond the limits of their competency run the risk of voiding insurance cover for the vessel)
