Crewing Opportunities
Opportunities exist at Sea ready for persons seeking work in the Australian yacht delivery industry, or for non-professionals seeking offshore experience from doing some extra sea-miles.
If you have a marine ticket, experience in the yacht delivery business, or marine-related experience, we can offer project based work on the Australian East Coast either skippering or crewing yacht deliveries.
Similarly, if you are currently engaged in, or wish to become engaged in, offshore sailing/racing, we can offer you the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience while building your sea-miles as delivery crew.
Professional remuneration is by negotiation, either on a per diem or per mile basis, plus expenses. For non-professionals, you won’t be paid, however your travel and out-of-pocket expenses will be met, plus you’ll be fed. Some items of safety equipment may be provided; otherwise you are responsible for providing your own kit.
